ENGLISH VERSION
Vino cotto is the traditional dessert wine of our area (East-Coast of Central Italy), and it is perfect at the end of the dinner with ciambellotto (one of our typical homemade pastries) dipped inside, or any kind of biscuits, especially cantucci, or almond biscuits. It’s very nice and funny, very easy-drinking, and it is very hard to find in the UK. Try one bottle, it is very funny, just like the song we put on side, here below.
