Un'ottima Passerina Spumante, fresca e consistente, secca in bocca ma con grandi aromi floreali al naso. Amabile ma tutt'altro che noiosa. Perfetta per aperitivi, formaggi freschi e crudi di pesce.
ENGLISH VERSION A few years ago, winemakers in South of Marche and North of Abruzzo started to make sparkling wine with Passerina and Pecorino grapes. In particular, the Charmat method was applied to Passerina grape. This fact has builded an amazing sparkling wine, not so dry like Prosecco, because Passerina is more gentle and fruity. In particular, this Passerina sparkling is produced by Cantine di Castignano, that is a winery based just outside the historical Municipality of Castignano, indeed, a paradisiac countryside 20 miles above Ascoli Piceno; Cantine di Castignano is a cooperative cellar that keep the handmade features of a family farm. Their products are all made with traditional methods. Unmissable once again. --- wow, you’ve found a matching song! “Sono proprio un infantile”, by ENRICO RUGGERI – from the album “Champagne Molotov”, out in 1984
