Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Superiore from Corrado De Angelis Corvi is a fantastic full bodied rose wine, dry and rich, but amiable and incredibly gentle, the best Cerasuolo you can find in the area, the best Cerasuolo you can find wherever. So beautiful. 100% Montepulciano grape. When you put in mouth seems like heaven sent it to us, and it is very welcome at any time of the day: amazing as aperitif, superb with fish soups and grilled seafood. I think it is amazing with english breakfast, as well, and wonderful with original typical Neapolitan pizza (expecially cooked in wood oven); high delight with cheese (fresh, aged, blue, gorgonzola), and lastly marvelous with cakes and desserts.
