"Fatjà" di Terra Argillosa è una delle ultime creazioni di Raffaele Paolini. Un rosso eccellente che in sole due vendemmie ha già macinato premi e riconoscimenti. Gustoso blend di Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon. Potente ma con una gran frutta, buona beva, tannino accentuato ed importante. Rotondo da paura. Un capolavoro.

Vintage 2015. Wine lovers in our area (East-Coast of Central Italy) are going crazy for this red. A great goal achieved by Terra Argillosa winery. Splendid matches with grilled red meat, lamb, coniglio all'arrabbiata (rabbit), duck breast, and any fine prestigious roasts. Totally unmissable. Organic bio certification: YES.
