il Pecorino "Aurai" di Terra Argillosa è un autorevole esponente del nutrito esercito di vitigno pecorino in zona Ascoli Piceno. Un bianco corposo e robusto, ma anche delicato e rotondo. Retrogusto lungo, denso e fluido. Lascia la bocca piacevolmente predisposta a un altro sorso. Davvero una gran bella espressione del territorio.
