Il Pecorino Spumante “Eklè” dei fratelli Biagi è uno spumante secco dal gusto ricco e deciso. Piacevolmente asciutto al palato ma piuttosto delicato al naso. Grandi abbinamenti con salumi, olive italiane verdi e olive nere essiccate. Ottimo con formaggi e con piatti a base di pesce. Eccezionale con le fritture all'ascolana.

Pecorino Spumante is a bit more robust than Passerina Spumante. Robust not in alcohol, but in tasting. Definitely dry and rich white sparkling, it is perfect as aperitif, with charcuterie, olives and cheese. Rich aromas, a great body, and an amazing dry tasting.
