La Passerina Spumante “Eklè” dei fratelli Biagi è una bollicina delicata, ricca, con gradevoli sentori di frutta e fiori freschi al naso, e poi però risulta ben secca e pulita in bocca. Si sposa bene con antipasti di pesce, ricotta fresca, e può diventare con facilità la regina del Vostro aperitivo.

In our area we mostrly produce sparkling with Passerina grape, that is a dry white sparkling, but not so dry like prosecco. In fact, you will find here with Passerina Sparkling "Eklé" a gentler tasting. Very nice as aperitif, amazing on side of oysters, and in general it is perfect on side of starters. Fruit and flowers aromas become quite dry on palate. Delicious. Funny. Easy.
