BOTTIGLIA 76 - "Chicca" Passerina - Marche Bianco I.G.T.

La Passerina "Chicca" di Pantaleone è decisamente il nostro Traminer, e lo diciamo col sorriso sulle labbra. La nostra è ovviamente una battuta, ma nasconde qualcosa di vero. "Chicca" è una grande freschezza in un trionfo di aromi floreali e fruttati. In bocca risulta asciutta e mai stucchevole. Lunga piacevole persistenza. Facile beva, si è continuamente spinti a riassaggiare. E' fenomenale all'aperitivo, o con formaggi e salumi freschi. Ovviamente, al fianco di piatti a base di pesce dà il suo meglio.

Passerina is a fruity white grape, typical of our area, and “Chicca” is absolutely one of its best expressions. Full of floral and fruity flavour to the nose, when in mouth “Chicca” release an aromatic and delicate tasting that wins. Awesome as aperitif, beautiful with fresh cheese, vegetables dishes, ham, fresh pasta, and any kind of seafood. Just to know, the place where is based Pantaleone winery is a paradise. Unmissable.
