"Pablo" è ormai un classico orange wine, prodotto in due versioni: con uve Pecorino e con uve Passerina. 3 mesi di riposo sulle bucce forniscono al vino (qui nella versione Passerina) una incredibile ricchezza, tannini piacevolmente secchi e morbidi, e un colore meraviglioso ambrato. La freschezza della passerina fa il resto, donando a questa versioe di "Pablo" aromi fruttati e grande facilità di beva.

Passerina grapes 100%, macerated 3 months on skins. You have to drink it well refrigerated, but, you have to sip it as if it were a red. Delicate tannins like a robust red, and amazing freshness like a light fruity white. This is a fabulous experiment for wine lovers curious and keen to get new adventures.
