A great white blend from Cantine di Castignano, that is one of the oldest and traditional producers of our area, East-Coast of Central Italy.
Trebbiano, Verdicchio, Passerina and Pecorino aged for a few months in barrel.
A dark yellow white, elegant, creamy, extremely rich, and with a robust tasting. It is ideal for timballo (the East-Coast of Central Italy version of Lasagne), pasta al ragù, but also with white meat like chicken and rabbit for example. Also very nice with cheese or as a superb aperitif.
Absolutely unmissable.
