Fantasiosa rivisitazione del Vermouth, più corposa e meno dolce, più casereccia. Ottimo abbinamento con crostate alla marmellata a fine pasto, o con torte di pasticceria secche. E' ottimo anche sorseggiato prima o dopo cena, alla stregua di un liquore.
