“Incrocio Bruni 54” Marche Bianco I.G.T. è un interessantissimo vitigno creato nel 1936 dall'ampelografo marchigiano Bruno Bruni, che ha forgiato un ibrido di Sauvignon Blanc e Verdicchio. A ogni vendemmia il Bruni regala sorprese, e noi siamo sempre eccitati nello scoprirlo ogni anno differente e sorprendente. In certi anni appare delicato e minerale, in certi altri è robusto e ammaliante. Ci piacciono assai queste variazioni.

This is an extraordinary experiment. It is a rare wine named after his creator, Bruno Bruni an italian ampelographer (a scientist of the vines) in 1936, and it is a junction of vines (not the classic blend of grapes). The vines involved are Sauvignon Blanc and Verdicchio. The outcome is an awesome white wine, well structured and fairly dry, with elegance in the foreground, and with just a little bit of yellow apple. Beautiful food connections with fish soups, white meat, spaghetti al ragù, fresh and aged cheese. Please do not refrigerate too much. Unmissable. Organic and bio certification: YES.
