Altra bellissima invenzione di Podere San Biagio. Spiritoso a cominciare dal nome e dall'etichetta, il "Fun Cool" è un vino rosso leggero ed eccitante, concepito per fare da spalla a una divertente grigliata tra amici, un aperitivo in compagnia, o un primo piatto "cotto e mangiato" consumato con frugalità ma con ironia e gusto. Incredibile beva, a livelli di "un sorso tira l'altro", decisamente sì, e poi una gran bella mineralità. Da gustare freddo, preferibilmente a Primavera o in Estate. Un Vino Rosso diverso, che fa impazzire gli amanti delle novità.
